 Brian began his career at just 14 years of age and has spent a lifetime mastering the trades of brickwork, stonework and masonry, working across projects both in the UK and internationally.

A master brick and masonry tradesman, his knowledge has been built through decades of hands-on experience, dedication and an uncompromising commitment to quality. His understanding of traditional methods, materials and construction detail is exceptional and reflects a generation of tradesmen who learned their craft through experience rather than shortcuts.

Known for his attention to detail, pride in his work and exceptionally high standards, Brian approaches every project with the same care and discipline that has defined his entire career.

Melvin’s career began at a young age working in sheet metal before discovering his true passion in carpentry and joinery.

Over the years, he developed an exceptional understanding of every aspect of the trade, mastering both traditional carpentry and fine joinery through decades of hands-on experience and a genuine love for the craft.

A true old-school British tradesman, Melvin became known not only for his technical ability but for his meticulous attention to detail, pride in workmanship and uncompromising standards.

His eye for quality naturally led him into finishing and project leadership roles, where he became a trusted finishing foreman responsible for delivering projects to the highest possible standard.

Working alongside the team for many years, Melvin helped establish a culture of doing things properly — where details mattered, quality came first and work was completed with care and precision.
