About Us

I grew up in construction, learning from an early age within a family business Manorgrove Homes  that has delivered bespoke homes, heritage restorations and complex developments across the UK for more than three decades.

My career has taken me across multiple sectors and countries — from hands-on trade experience in brickwork, carpentry, groundworks and construction delivery throughout the UK and Australia, to real estate, sales and marketing in the Middle East.

During my time in Dubai, I gained experience working within fam Properties as part of the City Walk team during the growth of one of Dubai’s landmark mixed-use developments adjacent to Coca-Cola Arena.

Founded from the ground up and developed into one of Dubai’s leading real estate businesses, working within an organisation of more than 150 professionals exposed me to premium residential property, high client expectations and delivering bespoke homes and property solutions for international and high-net-worth individuals — where attention to detail is taken to another level.

Alongside the sales and property environment, I was also exposed to the company’s digital and operational mindset, including initiatives such as Fam Fix It — designed to improve communication, systems and the client experience. Seeing how technology, branding and process innovation were integrated into a modern property business reinforced my belief that traditional industries can achieve exceptional results when practical experience is combined with modern systems.

Combined with project leadership across the UK construction industry, these experiences have developed a practical, commercially focused approach to delivering projects.

Today, through Jenkins & Whitehall Advisory, I help clients turn ideas into deliverable projects — combining practical construction knowledge with modern systems, technology and commercial thinking.

My approach is straightforward: understand the objective, challenge assumptions where needed, reduce unnecessary cost and create solutions that work in the real world.
