With over five decades of experience across construction, development and private residential projects, Colin Jenkins has built a reputation for delivering high-quality work through a practical, considered and long-term approach.
As founder of Manorgrove Homes, Colin has led and supported projects spanning bespoke private residences, refurbishment, residential development and complex construction delivery, with experience across projects ranging from approximately £500,000 to £35 million.
Over the course of his career, Colin has delivered more than 30 bespoke homes and worked closely with clients to provide value engineering, balancing design intent, buildability, quality and long-term value.
Built around long-standing relationships and repeat clients, his approach combines traditional construction values with commercial understanding and an ability to guide projects from concept through to completion.
Today, Colin continues to lead Manorgrove Homes alongside selected advisory and development opportunities, bringing decades of practical experience and strategic perspective into every project.

Works across property, development and commercial advisory, combining practical construction experience with modern systems, strategic thinking and international exposure.
Having grown up within a family construction and development business, Tom developed an early understanding of how projects are conceived, delivered and managed from both a practical and commercial perspective.
His background spans construction delivery, business development, property and project coordination across the UK, Middle East and Australia.
During time in Dubai, Tom worked within the residential property market alongside leading agencies including Fam Properties and Espace Real Estate, gaining exposure to international sales, client advisory and high-value residential markets.
Alongside advisory work, Tom supported the early growth and development of 4M Building & Maintenance Ltd, helping establish operations, secure work and support the business through its early stages into an established construction and maintenance operation.
Tom has also worked across projects within leading independent schools, including John Lyon School, part of the Harrow family of schools, and St John’s Beaumont in Windsor, supporting refurbishment, construction and project delivery within live educational environments.
His experience today spans bespoke residential projects, refurbishment, feasibility, development strategy and delivery, supported by an interest in modern systems, automation and emerging technologies to improve visibility and support better outcomes.
Tom works with owners, developers and businesses to bridge practical delivery with modern advisory thinking — helping move projects from concept through to execution.
Strategy. Systems. Delivery.
